Home to the prestigious Keswick Golf Club, Marigold Restaurant, by Jean-Georges, a new luxury spa and sports and aquatics center.The Banquet Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to delivering the best in service.ResponsibilitiesDuties include but are not limited to:Prepare coffee breaks, carts and stations with appropriate supplies.Organize tables, action stations, buffets, and carts for service.Communicate any additional meal requirements or special requests to the kitchen.Ensure courses are properly cleared and crumbed in a timely fashion.Manage the presentation of tableware so that it is accessible for the guests.Recognize and address potential intoxicated disruptive or undesirable guests.Monitor cleanliness and proper sanitization of tables, stations and service areas.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 0-2 years food & beverage serving experience and/or high volume banquet serving experience.
