Summary The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while meeting individual sales objectives. This customer-focused role supports store standards, sales plans, and a positive, inclusive team environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product, fashion, and styling questions. Meet or exceed individual performance indicators and contribute to sales plans. Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, back-of-house, and visual standards. Support operational activities, including floor sets, replenishment, and opening and closing responsibilities. Collaborate with colleagues and share product feedback and category opportunities with management. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
