Job Description

A leading construction organisation is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of large-scale projects. Working closely with project management and field teams, you will develop, maintain, and analyse schedules to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Perform critical path, delay, and schedule impact analysis.
• Track progress and provide schedule updates and reporting.
• Support forecasting through resource and cost loading.
• Lead schedule review meetings with project stakeholders.
• Produce look-ahead schedules and recovery plans when required.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of project schedules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project scheduling experience.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Experience with resource-loaded schedules and earned value reporting.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project controls.
• Data center construction experience is required.
• Knowledge of electrical construction scopes and activities is required.
• Experience with schedule analysis, claims, and change management is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Mission-critical project experience.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Touchplan, or similar planning tools.
• Knowledge of AACE and PMI scheduling best practices.
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience within project controls teams.
