We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and high-octane Strength Instructor to lead our members through results-driven, powerful resistance training sessions.

The Mission

As a Strength Instructor, you aren't just teaching a class; you’re leading an experience. You will plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes that focus on building lean muscle, improving technique, and increasing functional strength. • Education & Form: Educate participants on proper lifting form, body alignment, and modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels.
• Community Connection: Welcome new participants, build rapport with members, and foster a positive, inclusive class environment.
• Operational Standards: Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, and ensure all weights and studio equipment are handled and stored correctly.
• Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym programs, special events, and membership perks.

What You Bring

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of exercise science principles, anatomy, and safe resistance training techniques.
• Energy: High physical stamina and a personality that can motivate and command a room.
• Communication: Clear, effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse membership base.
• Experience: Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Strength or Resistance training) is highly preferred.

Certifications

• Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred).
• Specialty format certifications as required.
• CPR/AED certification.

Why Join the Team?

• Free Membership Perks: Complimentary access to all our fitness centers.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work hours tailored to fit your personal and professional commitments.
• Growth Opportunities: In-house training, workshops, and opportunities for advancement.
• Certification Support: Access to free or discounted recertification (NASM, ACE, ISSA).
• The Vibe: A supportive, fitness-focused community with team-building events and UFC GYM recognition programs.
