Receptionist
Schedule Saturday and Sunday
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at The Bartlett Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. As the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and messages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at our facility.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, lobby, and surrounding spaces
• Perform administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Provide support to other departments, as needed, to ensure the smooth operation of our facility
• Utilize our electronic medical records system to retrieve and enter information
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times
Requirements:
• 0 or more years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
